
2007 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
With only 85 cases produced, this truly is a reserve wine. Accentuating the best our vineyard has to offer, we carefully selected from the most promising lots of the vintage and vinified this wine with particular care, including fermenting in 500L French oak puncheons and giving the juice extended skin contact. The aromas show deep and intense notes of blueberry extract, sweet tobacco leaf, jasmine, and vanilla. The velvety entry seamlessly flows across the palate revealing a rich, pure, and delicious wine that pleases from start to finish.
2007 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
From the exceptional 2007 vintage we have crafted a well-structured wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep, ripe fruit aromas of blueberries, blackberries and black currants with layered notes of cinnamon and vanilla bean. The complex palate has great depth and purity that will see this wine age gracefully for many years.
2007 Jericho Creek Cabernet Sauvignon
Most simply put: gorgeous. A blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Merlot, this wine possesses intriguing aromas of black fruits and dark chocolate with subtle hints of anise and sweet mint. With its generous palate of forward ripe flavors and fine tannin, this wine is a beauty.
2010 Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc reveals alluring tropical and citrus aromas of papaya and pineapple with bursts of lime zest and crushed stone. The rich and sumptuous palate is long and persistent with a beam of refreshing acidity.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750ml
Every year we hand pick our olives from 50 trees situated at the top of our vineyard. We pick in late November or early December when the olives are approximately half black and half green. The black olives provide a buttery, smooth flavor while the green olives provide a spicy, piquant flavor. Together, we think they strike just the right balance.
